Some of the first classes at our new location, September 2008:
Beginner classes start with a solid foundation in the fundamentals of martial arts technique.
More advanced students learn to work hard independantly, and with senseis.
Whether by themselves or in a large group, it is the effort and focus that matter.
A number of training tools are utilized to allow students to become
well-rounded, fit and disciplined martial artists and people.
The dojo is a nice place to "hang out," whether in class or not!
